Gone But Not Lost (Character-Based Animation Demo Reel)

Continuing with Character Animation with focus on facial animation, this story was partly inspired by an ad I saw about awareness of amnesia and onset of Alzheimer's, especially with the elderly. I tweaked the story a little bit, and changed the setting. This is 100% personal project. Chasing Dreams - Character-Based Animation Demo Reel

All the animation were performed in Maya, Rendered in Arnold, Compiled in Nuke and editing done in Premier Pro. The Rigs useds in this Demo Reel were from ProRigs @ prorigs.com [Frank and Mae], and David Rig from Gabriel Salas @ artstation.com/gabrielsalas This project is my first demo reel, part of my final coursework of my 3D Animation Course at In Focus Film School, Vancouver, 2024. The focus here was to showcase subtle as well as impactful emotions through [mostly] facial animations and lip-syncs.
